      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="fr">&lt;p&gt;L&amp;#39;enseignement traditionnel de la m&amp;eacute;decine sous forme de cours ex cathedra, caract&amp;eacute;ris&amp;eacute; par un flux unidirectionnel d&amp;#39;information, ne stimule que peu l&amp;#39;apprentissage et la r&amp;eacute;tention de la mati&amp;egrave;re enseign&amp;eacute;e. L&amp;#39;apprentissage digital (e-learning), s&amp;#39;il ne se limite pas &amp;agrave; la mise &amp;agrave; disposition de documents de cours statiques sur une plateforme, peut apporter une solution car il favorise l&amp;#39;apprentissage et la r&amp;eacute;tention en impliquant et les &amp;eacute;tudiants (dans des activit&amp;eacute;s en ligne cibl&amp;eacute;es et interactives) et les enseignants (par la cr&amp;eacute;ation ou l&amp;#39;adoption de telles activit&amp;eacute;s et par des interactions suivies avec les &amp;eacute;tudiants). Cette br&amp;egrave;ve revue, fruit de l&amp;#39;exp&amp;eacute;rience de HSeT (Health Science eTraining), une fondation priv&amp;eacute;e &amp;agrave; but non lucratif, d&amp;eacute;crit des exemples d&amp;#39;apprentissage digital r&amp;eacute;alis&amp;eacute;s en Suisse tant au niveau pr&amp;eacute;- que postgradu&amp;eacute;. Le potentiel de d&amp;eacute;veloppement est consid&amp;eacute;rable. La cr&amp;eacute;ation d&amp;rsquo;un site suisse d&amp;rsquo;enseignement digital offrant des objectifs d&amp;rsquo;apprentissage communs et des crit&amp;egrave;res d&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;valuation identiques pour tous les &amp;eacute;tudiants en m&amp;eacute;decine permettrait, &amp;agrave; terme, une meilleure formation et rendrait leur mobilit&amp;eacute; entre Universit&amp;eacute;s &amp;agrave; nouveau possible. La formation post-grade et continue des m&amp;eacute;decins et chercheurs dans le domaine biom&amp;eacute;dical peut d&amp;eacute;j&amp;agrave; grandement b&amp;eacute;n&amp;eacute;ficier de ce type d&amp;rsquo;enseignement.&lt;/p&gt;</abstract>
