L'épiglottite, également appelée supraglottite, est une affection inflammatoire rare de l'épiglotte et de ses structures adjacentes, qui peut évoluer rapidement vers une obstruction des voies respiratoires constituant un danger de mort. Nous présentons la gestion multidisciplinaire d'un cas rare d'épiglottite à Neisseria Meningitis chez un patient adulte en bonne santé.
