Judicial Opinion 94 conflicts with Judicial Opinion 33 on the priority of these two names. A new request by Velázquez et al. 2020 asserts that ATCC 4720 (16S:MT534522, WGS:JAAQPP000000000) is the authentic type strain and requests that the synonymy with A. radiobacter be retracted.
