    <public-note>Judicial Opinion 79 declared the type order of this class as Actinomycetales Buchanan 1917. Zhi et al. transferred the nomenclatural type of this class into the Actinobacteria. This contravenes the Code, as the nomenclatural type cannot be removed from a taxon. The Actinomycetes have priority over the Actinobacteria, so this unification should have gone in the other direction.</public-note>
