The validation list occurred at the end of the issue and therefore has a higher page number than the article proposing Tatlockia micdadei comb. nov. Technically Tatlockia micdadei was published before the name of the basonym was validly published. The validation list was subsequently moved to the front of the journal in order to avoid complications like this.
