Nomenclatural History
|
The species Roseomonas cervicalis was originally described by Rihs et al. 1993. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 65 in 1998. Sánchez-Porro et al. published an emended description of this species in 2009. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Hördt et al. in 2020. In 2021, Rai et al. established Roseomonas cervicalis as the basonym of
Pseudoroseomonas cervicalis (Rihs et al. 1998) Rai et al. 2022
