Nomenclatural History
The species Burkholderia glathei was originally described and validly published by Vandamme et al. 1997. Vandamme et al. formed this name in 1997 by placing the species Zolg and Ottow 1975 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Yabuuchi et al. 1993 emend. Dobritsa and Samadpour 2019. In 2014, Sawana et al. established as the basonym of (Zolg and Ottow 1975) Sawana et al. 2015 .
