Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Nevskia was originally proposed by Famintzin 1892. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. Babenzien and Hirsch published an emended description of this genus in 1974. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Leandro et al. in 2012.
