Nomenclatural History
The subspecies Pseudomonas avenae avenae was originally described by Manns 1909. This name was validly published by Hu et al. 1991. In 1991, Hu et al. reduced Manns 1909 (Approved Lists 1980) to the rank of subspecies. In 1992, Willems et al. established as the basonym of (Manns 1909) Willems et al. 1992 .
