Nomenclatural History	The species Pseudomonas brassicacearum was originally described and validly published by Achouak et al. 2000. Ivanova et al. published an emended description of this species in 2009. In 2009, Ivanova et al. reduced this species to the rank of subspecies to form Pseudomonas brassicacearum brassicacearum (Achouak et al. 2000) Ivanova et al. 2009 .
