Nomenclatural History
|
The species Pseudomonas multiresinivorans was originally described by Mohn et al. 1999. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 70 in 1999. Lang et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of
Pseudomonas nitroreducens Iizuka and Komagata 1964 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Lang et al. 2007
in 2007.
