Nomenclatural History	The species Pseudomonas rhodos was originally described by Heumann 1962. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. Green and Bousfield corrected this name from Pseudomonas rhodinum (sic) to Pseudomonas rhodos . In 1983, Green and Bousfield established Pseudomonas rhodos as the basonym of Methylobacterium rhodinum (Heumann 1962) Green and Bousfield 1983 .
