Nomenclatural History
The species Klebsiella planticola was originally described by Bagley et al. 1981. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 8 in 1982. Gavini et al. established this name as an earlier heterotypic synonym of Ferragut et al. 1983 in 1986. In 2001, Drancourt et al. established as the basonym of (Bagley et al. 1982) Drancourt et al. 2001 .
