Nomenclatural History
|
The genus Acidaminococcus was originally proposed by Rogosa 1969. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. Cook et al. published an emended description of this genus in 1994. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Jumas-Bilak et al. in 2007.
