Nomenclatural History
The species Thermanaerovibrio acidaminovorans was originally described and validly published by Baena et al. 1999. Palaniappan et al. published an emended description of this species in 2013. Baena et al. formed this name in 1999 by placing the species Guangsheng et al. 1997 into the genus Baena et al. 1999 emend. Palaniappan et al. 2013.
