Nomenclatural History
The species Thermoanaerobacterium thermosulfurigenes was originally described and validly published by Lee et al. 1993. Lee et al. formed this name in 1993 by placing the species corrig. Schink and Zeikus 1983 into the genus Lee et al. 1993 emend. Cann et al. 2001.
