Nomenclatural History
The subspecies Thermoanaerobacter brockii brockii was originally described and validly published by Lee et al. 1993. In 1995, Cayol et al. reduced (Zeikus et al. 1983) Lee et al. 1993 emend. Cayol et al. 1995 to the rank of subspecies.
