Nomenclatural History	The species Bacillus agaradhaerens was originally described by Nielsen et al. 1995. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 55 in 1995. In 2016, Sultanpuram and Mothe established Bacillus agaradhaerens as the basonym of Salipaludibacillus agaradhaerens (Nielsen et al. 1995) Sultanpuram and Mothe 2016 .
