Nomenclatural History
The species Bacillus okuhidensis was originally described and validly published by Li et al. 2002. Liu et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of (ex Boyer et al. 1973) Nielsen et al. 1995 emend. Liu et al. 2019 in 2019. In 2020, Patel and Gupta established as the basonym of (Li et al. 2002) Patel and Gupta 2020 .
