Nomenclatural History	The species Anoxybacillus flavithermus was originally described and validly published by Pikuta et al. 2000. In 2011, Dai et al. reduced this species to the rank of subspecies to form Anoxybacillus flavithermus flavithermus (Pikuta et al. 2000) Dai et al. 2011 .
