Nomenclatural History
The species Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus was originally described and validly published by Shida et al. 1996. Heyndrickx et al. published an emended description of this species in 1997. Shida et al. formed this name in 1996 by placing the species corrig. (ex Aoyama 1952) Shida et al. 1994 into the genus Shida et al. 1996 emend. Lee et al. 2014.
