Nomenclatural History
|
The subclass Rubrobacteridae was originally proposed by 1997. This name was validly published by Stackebrandt et al. 1997. Stackebrandt published an emended description of this subclass in 2004. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Zhi et al. in 2009.
