Nomenclatural History	The species Actinomyces turicensis was originally described by Wüst et al. 1995. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 54 in 1995. In 2018, Nouioui et al. established Actinomyces turicensis as the basonym of Schaalia turicensis (Wüst et al. 1995) Nouioui et al. 2018 .
