Nomenclatural History
The species Actinobaculum suis was originally described and validly published by Lawson et al. 1997. Yassin et al. published an emended description of this species in 2015. A subsequent emendation was proposed by Nouioui et al. in 2018. Lawson et al. formed this name in 1997 by placing the species (Wegienek and Reddy 1982) Ludwig et al. 1992 into the genus Lawson et al. 1997 emend. Yassin et al. 2015.
