Nomenclatural History

The species Arthrobacter cumminsii was originally described by Funke et al. 1996. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 60 in 1997. Funke et al. published an emended description of this species in 1998. In 2016, Busse established Arthrobacter cumminsii as the basonym of
Pseudoglutamicibacter cumminsii (Funke et al. 1997) Busse 2016
