Nomenclatural History	The species Clavibacter toxicus was originally described and validly published by Riley and Ophel 1992. In 1998, Sasaki et al. established Clavibacter toxicus as the basonym of Rathayibacter toxicus (Riley and Ophel 1992) Sasaki et al. 1998 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018 .
