Nomenclatural History
The species Rhodococcus bronchialis was originally described by Tsukamura 1974. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. In 1988, Stackebrandt et al. established as the basonym of corrig. (Tsukamura 1971) Stackebrandt et al. 1989 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018 .
