Nomenclatural History	The species Tsukamurella paurometabola was originally described and validly published by Collins et al. 1988. Euzéby corrected this name from Tsukamurella paurometabolum (sic) to Tsukamurella paurometabola . Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Collins et al. formed this name in 1988 by placing the species Corynebacterium paurometabolum Steinhaus 1941 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Tsukamurella Collins et al. 1988.
