Nomenclatural History
The species Saccharomonospora halophila was originally described and validly published by Al-Zarban et al. 2002. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Tang et al. established this name as an earlier heterotypic synonym of Ruan et al. 1994 in 2011.
