Nomenclatural History	The species Lechevalieria aerocolonigenes was originally described and validly published by Labeda et al. 2001. Labeda et al. formed this name in 2001 by placing the species Saccharothrix aerocolonigenes (ex Shinobu and Kawato 1960) Labeda 1986 into the genus Saccharothrix Labeda et al. 1984 emend. Labeda and Lechevalier 1989. In 2018, Nouioui et al. established Lechevalieria aerocolonigenes as the basonym of Lentzea aerocolonigenes (Labeda 1986) Nouioui et al. 2018 .
