Nomenclatural History	The species Streptomyces erythraeus was originally described by Waksman and Henrici 1948. This name appeared on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names 1980. In 1987, Labeda established Streptomyces erythraeus as the basonym of Saccharopolyspora erythraea (Waksman 1923) Labeda 1987 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018 .
