Nomenclatural History	The species Streptomyces griseolosporeus was originally described and validly published by Wellington et al. 1992. Wellington et al. formed this name in 1992 by placing the species Kitasatospora griseola corrig. Takahashi et al. 1985 into the genus Streptomyces Waksman and Henrici 1943 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Idris et al. 2017.
