Nomenclatural History
The species Terribacillus goriensis was originally described by Krishnamurthi and Chakrabarti 2008. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 125 in 2009. Krishnamurthi and Chakrabarti formed this name in 2008 by placing the species Kim et al. 2007 into the genus An et al. 2007 emend. Krishnamurthi and Chakrabarti 2008.
