Nomenclatural History	The species Mycobacterium bouchedurhonense was originally described and validly published by Ben Salah et al. 2009. Nouioui et al. published an emended description of this species in 2018. Nouioui et al. established this name as a later heterotypic synonym of Mycobacterium avium avium (Chester 1901) Thorel et al. 1990 in 2018.
