The genus Alloactinosynnema was originally proposed and validly published by Yuan et al. 2010. Nikou et al. published an emended description of this genus in 2014. Nouioui et al. transferred the members of this genus into Hasegawa 1988 emend. Nouioui et al. 2018 in 2018.
