Nomenclatural History
The species Litoreibacter arenae was originally described and validly published by Kim et al. 2012. Hördt et al. published an emended description of this species in 2020. Kim et al. formed this name in 2012 by placing the species Kim et al. 2009 into the genus Romanenko et al. 2011 emend. Kim et al. 2012.
