Nomenclatural History
The species Pseudodonghicola xiamenensis was originally described and validly published by Hameed et al. 2014. Hördt et al. published an emended description of this species in 2020. Hameed et al. formed this name in 2014 by placing the species Tan et al. 2009 into the genus Hameed et al. 2014.
