Nomenclatural History
The species Sulfitobacter pseudonitzschiae was originally described and validly published by Hong et al. 2015. In 2021, Liang et al. established as the basonym of (Hong et al. 2015) Liang et al. 2022 .

In the published version of Hong et al. 2015 the incorrect supplementary material was uploaded. The correct supplementary material can be found associated with this Erratum.
