Nomenclatural History
The species Paraburkholderia caballeronis was originally described by Sawana et al. 2014. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 173 in 2017. Sawana et al. formed this name in 2014 by placing the species Martínez-Aguilar et al. 2014 into the genus Sawana et al. 2015 emend. Dobritsa and Samadpour 2016.
