Nomenclatural History	The species Clavibacter insidiosus was originally described by Li et al. 2018. This name was validly published by Li and De Boer 2019. Li et al. elevated the subspecies Clavibacter michiganensis insidiosus corrig. (McCulloch 1925) Davis et al. 1984 to the rank of species to form this name in 2018. The protolog provided by Li et al. 2018 contravened Rules 34a and 50a (the elevation in rank was incorrectly proposed as a new combination rather than a new species). This was later corrected by Li and De Boer 2019.
