Nomenclatural History	The species Rothia kristinae was originally described by Nouioui et al. 2018. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 184 in 2018. Nouioui et al. formed this name in 2018 by placing the species Kocuria kristinae (Kloos et al. 1974) Stackebrandt et al. 1995 into the genus Rothia Georg and Brown 1967 (Approved Lists 1980) emend. Nouioui et al. 2018.
