Nomenclatural History	The species Erysipelatoclostridium ramosum was originally described by Yutin and Galperin 2013. Yutin and Galperin formed this name in 2013 by placing the species Clostridium ramosum (Veillon and Zuber 1898) Holdeman et al. 1971 (Approved Lists 1980) into the genus Erysipelatoclostridium Yutin and Galperin 2013. Yutin and Galperin 2013 did not formally propose this new combination.
