Nomenclatural History	The genus Neobacillus was originally proposed and validly published by Patel and Gupta 2020. "The present work indicates that the following Bacillus species, viz. ‘Bacillus dielmoensis’, and ‘Bacillus rubiinfantis’ are also a part of the genus Neobacillus. However, as these species names are only effectively but not validly published and type strains for this species are not available in two different culture collections, new name combinations for these were not proposed."
