Nomenclatural History	The species Lacticaseibacillus zeae was originally described and validly published by Liu and Gu 2020. Liu and Gu formed this name in 2020 by placing the species Lactobacillus zeae (ex Kuznetsov 1959) Dicks et al. 1996 emend. Huang et al. 2020 into the genus Lacticaseibacillus Zheng et al. 2020.
