Nomenclatural History	The species Zongyanglinia marina was originally described by Xu et al. 2021. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 200 in 2021. Upon validation, this name was corrected from Zongyanglinia marinus (sic) to Zongyanglinia marina . Xu et al. formed this name in 2021 by placing the species Pelagicola marinus Choi et al. 2019 into the genus Zongyanglinia Xu et al. 2021.
