The species Muriicola lacisalsi was originally described and validly published by Wang et al. 2021. Wang et al. replaced this illegitimate name with
Sinisalibacter lacisalsi (Zhong et al. 2015) Wang et al. 2021
in 2021. Wang et al. formed this name in 2021 by placing the species
Maritimibacter lacisalsi Zhong et al. 2015
into the genus Sinisalibacter Wang et al. 2021.
This name is illegitimate due to the genus name being a later homonym.
