Nomenclatural History	The species Actinomadura recticatena was originally described by Gauze et al. 1984. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 23 in 1987. In 1990, Kroppenstedt et al. established Actinomadura recticatena as the basonym of Microtetraspora recticatena (Gauze et al. 1987) Kroppenstedt et al. 1991 .
