Nomenclatural History	The species Actinomadura turkmeniaca was originally described by Terekhova et al. 1982. This name became validly published when it appeared on Validation List No. 23 in 1987. In 1990, Kroppenstedt et al. established Actinomadura turkmeniaca as the basonym of Microtetraspora turkmeniaca (Terekhova et al. 1987) Kroppenstedt et al. 1991 .
