Nomenclatural History
|
The species Planomicrobium psychrophilum was originally described and validly published by Dai et al. 2005. Reddy et al. formed this name in 2002 by placing the species
Planococcus psychrophilus Reddy et al. 2002
into the genus Planomicrobium Yoon et al. 2001.
Gupta and Patel 2019 effectively reverse the placement of this species into Planomicrobium by Reddy et al. 2002.
