Nomenclatural History	The species Gluconacetobacter rhaeticus was originally described and validly published by Dellaglio et al. 2005. In 2012, Yamada et al. established Gluconacetobacter rhaeticus as the basonym of Komagataeibacter rhaeticus (Dellaglio et al. 2005) Yamada et al. 2013 .
